As our goal is to pursue excellence in everything we do, interested volunteers must have demonstrable skill and/or experience in the areas in which they wish to serve.

Sound operators: We're looking for a few people who can run sound for various ministries and services at MBCC.
Camera operators: We need people who can control the cameras we use to send video feed to alternate locations in the church during services.
Computer operators: We need a few people who can learn to use our projection software for lyrics, videos, announcements, etc. for our corporate worship.
Full Time Drummer: We are looking for someone who will be the lead drummer for the band.
Woodwinds, Strings & Brass: We are also looking to periodically utilize additional instrumentation for the band.
